Somewhere recently I came across comments and discussions about Tractor Supply Company supposedly supporting the new, fashionable, deviant behavior of a small sector of society that subjects our precious children to transvestite drag shows. Naturally this made my blood boil as I shop quite frequently with TSC because I operate a small farm and big time agricultural suppliers either don’t exist nearby or they tend to thumb their noses at small timers who don’t buy $500,000 tractors every few years. Its not just the fact that these reprobates subject our children to this immoral perversion, but TSC using my money to support it? Hell no. So what I didn’t do was lash out and cry foul; I just simply sent an email to TSC and asked if this was true or merely internet lore. I’ll post the reply from TSC here:
“Thank you for reaching out. I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving.
We absolutely appreciate and share your concern, unfortunately, inaccurate information has been posted about this event. The event took place at a park in Waco and not at a Tractor Supply store. Before the event, the organizers assured us that it would be family-friendly and made no mention of any inappropriate entertainment. We do not condone this kind of entertainment at anything we support. To clarify, Tractor Supply is a sponsor of Waco Pride Network. Along with many local employers, we had a table at their event, a festival held at a local park, in October. The organizers of this event assured us that it was family-friendly. Our goal was to inform attendees about the quality careers we offer and to support our community.
Please be assured we have expressed our strong concerns and disappointment to the organizers.
If you have any other questions or concerns you would like to discuss, now or in the future, please don’t hesitate to reply to this email at any time. Be sure to reference number ************, and any team member will be able to assist.
With our mission and values at the heart of what we do, our goal is to always support the communities we service in a positive manner. Thank you for giving us an opportunity to address your concerns and questions. We wish you and your family a happy holiday season.”
Now whereas I do not support being a part of a “pride network” because I think any part of that lifestyle is reprehensible, I get it that it would be stupid for a national company to alienate even a small section of potential customers. Maybe you hate TSC for supporting it, I respect that too. Its not a gigantic return on my radar screen. I did find it reassuring that TSC would rather blatantly say they do not support drag shows for children, as any moral, God-fearing, respectable person or company should. Matter of fact it aggravates me that the Pride Network would hoodwink a company into something like this and then blindside them with a drag show for kids - Suprise! Debauchery for children! But then again, that’s exactly how immoral, reprehesible deviants operate. They have to misrepresent, lie, and defraud in order to spread their filth because on its face it is a non-starter for the vast majority of people. “Just listen and give us a chance to explain…” Uh, hell no, pound sand. My children and the children of my community are not where you get to practice your filth and push boundaries. Just like so many sections of Paris, France, its a No-Go Zone.
Now, one thing that does irk me about TSC is the “happy holidays” things. It’s Christmas, alright? I’m not buying a “holiday tree” from you, I’m not putting up “holiday decorations” that my wife bought from you. It’s got dang Merry frigging Christmas. Got it?
OK, so hopefully this puts some internet rumors to rest and we can get back to doing what we do. Happy Hunting, patriots, and lets get back to work. Semper Fi.
